I have handled more than 2100 successful transactions in King and Snohomish counties alone, as agent and years ago as a mortgage expert, entirely referred through word-of-mouth. I don't do mortgages anymore,yet that strength of experience helps my clients buy and sell homes day after day. Transactions close on time, as planned, time after time.

With my wife Sue, a master teacher in Edmonds, our twin twenty year old UW boys, Connor and Shane, and Liliana, our seventeen year old, we live on an old horse farm beside downtown Bellevue that we restored together. Between helping clients sell and buy, real estate investing, and a fledgling vineyard in Walla Walla, I'm a high-energy professional who likes to stay busy!

My college degrees are from UC Berkeley, where I was elected for Phi Beta Kappa, and from Cambridge (Faculty of Law).
